Driver support that scales
with every new city.

Ride-hailing and delivery platforms live or die on driver supply, and drivers call constantly: bonus not credited, cash-out pending, app not showing trips, how to register a scooter. TalkC answers these at any hour on voice and WhatsApp, reads the documents drivers send, and hands only the real disputes to humans. One ride-hailing platform in Nepal ran 22,000+ driver calls a month on it.

What callers ask

What drivers and riders call about

The AI is trained on exactly these, from your own documents and your staff's answers.

Bonus and incentives

Weekly, peak-hour and quest bonuses: eligibility, when they are paid, why one was missed.

Payout and wallet

Cash-out pending, balance questions, bank transfer timing.

App problems

Login, GPS, trips not showing, cache clear, reinstall, version.

Trip disputes

Cancellations, fare disagreements, rider no-show; escalated with the trip ID.

Registration and documents

How to sign up, which documents, status of the application.

Account changes

Bank account, phone number, vehicle change; logged for verification.

Rider support

Lost item, fare question, driver behaviour; recorded and ticketed.

Where is the office?

Hours, address, what to bring.

Human, please

Frustration or an explicit request transfers to the support team with context.

Voice

Inbound and outbound, one system

Inbound: the AI answers

  • ✓

Tier-1 driver support in natural Nepali

Fillers, tone matching and patience. Angry driver: empathise first, then solve. Never corporate language.

  • ✓

    Seventeen lines at once, proven

Peak-hour spikes do not produce busy tones; the AI handles every concurrent call.

  • ✓

    Escalation on frustration

Detected frustration or 'manche chaiyo' transfers to a human with the transcript attached.

  • ✓

    Tickets for the ops team

Unresolved cases become tickets with transcript, sentiment and priority; 3,700+ in three months at one client.

  • ✓

    Rider line

Lost items, fare questions and complaints on the same system, routed separately.

Outbound: the AI calls

  • ✓

    Driver activation and re-activation

Calls inactive drivers, new-city launches and lapsed partners with the right incentive.

  • ✓

    Document expiry reminders

Licence or registration expiring: the AI calls, explains, and books the renewal step.

  • ✓

    Incentive announcements

New bonus schemes explained to the segment they apply to.

  • ✓

    Post-dispute satisfaction calls

A short follow-up after a resolved dispute, scored and logged.

Beyond calls

From a support line to the whole driver operation

Most clients start with the phone line. The same AI then takes over the rest of the process.

  • ●WhatsApp replies in Nepali within about ten seconds, with several messages bundled into one answer
  • ●Voice notes understood; photos of registration books, licences and ID cards read and the fields extracted
  • ●App-error screenshots described and routed
  • ●A registration wizard that collects driver details step by step; human agents assigned chats in the same inbox
📋

Onboarding pipeline

Invite, accept, add vehicle, assign: run on the platform's own partner portal and proven end to end on real drivers.

🗺

Fleet dashboards

Drivers, vehicles, earnings and a live map synced on a schedule from the platform, in one place for fleet managers.

👥

Contacts CRM

Every driver with vehicle type and plate, call and chat history, CSV export.

🔔

Event webhooks

Application and trip events from the platform land in a dashboard your team watches.

Proof

What we run in mobility

A global ride-hailing platform's Nepal operation replaced its planned 20-agent driver call centre with the AI in five days: 22,000+ calls a month, 96.7% answer rate, about 500 ms response time, 17 concurrent lines, 3,700+ tickets in three months, three humans for escalations. Read the case study →

A fleet partner of a global ride-hailing platform runs the whole driver operation on the same system: WhatsApp AI support, document reading, a registration wizard, human agents, an onboarding pipeline and fleet dashboards. By June 2026 it had handled more than 20,000 calls and 41,000 chat messages, over 10,700 of them answered by the AI.

Questions

What platform ops teams ask

How does escalation to humans work?+

Frustration, an explicit request or a policy trigger transfers the call to your support team with the transcript. Unanswered escalations become priority tickets.

Can the AI see our driver database?+

Yes through an integration (API, CSV or direct database adapter), so it can greet a driver by name and check their status. Without it, the AI handles tier-1 questions and tickets the rest.

What about WhatsApp costs?+

Our messaging tier is a flat monthly fee with no per-message charge from us. Meta's conversation charges, where they apply, are passed through at cost.

We operate in several cities or under several brands.+

Each brand or city is a tenant with its own number, knowledge base and dashboard; staff can cover several from one login.

Languages?+

Nepali with code-switching to English and Hindi is the daily reality and works well. 70+ languages are supported for other markets.

Live demo line

Hear the driver-support tone. Call Tara, our own AI receptionist.

Tara answers TalkC's own phone line 24 hours a day in Nepali and English. Ask how the system works, what it can do for your business, or just interrupt her mid-sentence and see how she handles it. Normal call charges apply.

Scale driver support without hiring

Tell us your monthly driver calls and messages. We show the AI handling your top ten call types in a week.

  • ✓14-day free trial on the standard system, no credit card
  • ✓Your own number, or keep the one you have
  • ✓Nepali, Hindi, English and 70+ languages
  • ✓Call records and customer data stored in Nepal on request
